Personal data

Dositest processes your personal data in compliance with all applicable data protection laws.

The data collected through the various forms of the dositest.fr website are intended to promote communication between the site and visitors, and for prospecting purposes.

We process your data only for the purpose of performing our services (design and installation of joinery). Dositest group thus uses your personal data for the strict purposes of executing the contract concluded or prospecting in the field of the services mentioned.

 

Your data rights

Data retention period

In the case of a service provision contract, the data will be kept for the duration of the execution of the contract by the parties and within a maximum period of 10 years from this perfect execution.

In the case of data collected on the site (contact form, registration, subscription), personal data is kept as long as the visitor remains a subscriber or member. As soon as he expresses the wish to unsubscribe (by email to manuel.bardies@inserm.fr or unsubscribe), Dositest undertakes to delete all personal data concerning it.

Security measures taken to protect personal data
As data controller, Dositest takes all necessary precautions to preserve the security and confidentiality of data and in particular to prevent it from being distorted, damaged, or from unauthorized third parties having access to it. Dositest has deployed a robust security system to ensure the greatest security of the data collected and to detect data breaches. This includes the physical security of the buildings housing our systems, the security of the computer system to prevent external access to your data, and having secure copies of your data. When using subcontractors, Dositest ensures that they comply with the rules relating to data protection. Concerning the banking data of the customers, Dositest processes itself these banking data and ensures their perfect security.
